Jace Lavoer Salter (born January 10, 2003) was born in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. He is an American rapper. He is professionally known as iayze or Jace!. Jace discovered his passion for music at a young age and began recording when he was just 13 years old. However, it was with the birth of his daughter that he truly embraced his musical aspirations and started taking them seriously.
In 2021, Jace started making waves in the music scene, releasing a series of captivating mixtapes and extended plays. It was his song "C'mere" that catapulted him into the spotlight after it went viral on popular platforms like YouTube and TikTok. Building on this newfound success, Jace collaborated with the late rapper PnB Rock on his mixtape SoundCloud Daze in January 2022. Shortly after, he released the infectious track "556 (Green Tip)," which also gained significant attention on TikTok and became a subject of many humorous jokes, particularly about its instrumental.
The success of "556 (Green Tip)" paved the way for Jace's debut studio album, Virtuous, which hit the airwaves in March 2022.
