Initially she gaining recognition by showcasing her vocal prowess on YouTube, her career took a significant turn in 2014 when she collaborated with German deep house producer Robin Schulz on the track "Sun Goes Down." One of her breakthrough moments came in 2013 when her acoustic cover of Chaka Khan's "Ain't Nobody" climbed to number 32 on the UK Singles Chart.
