Meghan Elizabeth Trainor (born December 22, 1993) was born in Nantucket, Massachusetts, United States. He is an American singer-songwriter and TV personality who made her breakthrough in 2014 when she signed with Epic Records and released her debut single, "All About That Bass.". He is professionally known as Meghan Trainor.

Trainor showed an interest in music at an early age and went on to produce three acoustic albums independently, which were titled Meghan Trainor (2009), I'll Sing with You, and Only 17 (2010). She began writing and producing songs for other artists in 2013.

Trainor's debut single "All About That Bass" became a massive hit, reaching number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart and selling 11 million copies worldwide. Since then, she has released five studio albums with Epic Records, including Title (2015), Thank You (2016), Treat Myself (2020), A Very Trainor Christmas (2020), and Takin' It Back (2022). Her debut album Title debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 and included the hit singles "Lips Are Movin" and "Like I'm Gonna Lose You." Her second album, Thank You, was an R&B album and included the hit single "No."
