Nikolija Jovanović (born October 19, 1989) was born in Zagreb, SR Croatia, SFR Yugoslavia. She is a rising Serbian singer and rapper. She is professionally known as Nikolija. She was raised in Belgrade, Serbia and is the daughter of the well-known singer Vesna Zmijanac.
Nikolija first gained public attention by appearing on the Serbian version of the reality TV show "Survivor", called "Survivor Srbija VIP: Philippines", in 2010. However, it was not until 2013 that she decided to pursue a career in music, releasing her breakthrough single "Ćao zdravo". The song quickly became a hit, and Nikolija's music career took off from there.
Since her debut, Nikolija has released three studio albums, including her debut album "№1" in 2016, "Yin & Yang" in 2019, and her most recent release "Aurora" in 2022. In addition to her studio albums, she has also released numerous standalone singles throughout her career.
Nikolija's talent has been recognized by the music industry, earning her nominations for several prestigious awards, including the MAC Awards. In 2023, she won the Female Trap Song of the Year with her hit single "Pilot".
