Aristotle Condenuevo Pollisco (born October 18, 1977) was born in Binangonan, Rizal, Philippines. He is a Filipino rapper, singer and songwriter. He is professionally known as Gloc-9. He has rightfully earned a place among the best Filipino rappers of all time. Gloc-9's immense popularity and commercial success have solidified his position as one of the top-selling hip-hop artists in the Philippines. His remarkable abilities as a wordsmith have garnered praise from his peers, with fellow Filipino rapper Francis Magalona describing him as "a blacksmith of words and letters, and a true Filipino poet".
Revered as the unrivaled "King of Hip-Hop" in the Philippines, Gloc-9 is recognized as both a trailblazer and a long-standing figure in the Pinoy Hip-Hop scene. Over the course of his impressive 25-year career, he has amassed an impressive collection of over 60 awards. Notably, he was honored with the prestigious 'Sudi National Music Award' by the National Commission of Culture and Art.
