Nau'Jour Lazier Grainger (born January 9, 2000) was born in Syracuse, New York, United states. He is an American rapper and singer. He is professionally known as Toosii. He spent much of his childhood in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he eventually began pursuing music. Toosii's music is known for its emotional honesty and vulnerability, as well as its blend of hip-hop, R&B, and melodic trap influences. He often addresses his struggles with mental health and the challenges of growing up in impoverished communities.
Toosii's early musical career involved releasing songs on SoundCloud, where he gained a following for his emotive and introspective lyrics. In 2019, he signed with South Coast Music Group, a label based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He released his debut mixtape, "Who Dat," later that year.
Toosii gained wider recognition in 2020 with the release of his mixtape "Poetic Pain," which included the single "Love Cycle" featuring Summer Walker.
