Sir Robert Bryson Hall II (born January 22, 1990) was born in Rockville, Maryland, United States. He is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. He is professionally known as Logic. Throughout his career, he has released an impressive array of eight studio albums and received two Grammy Award nominations.

Logic's musical journey commenced in 2010 with the release of his debut mixtape, titled "Young, Broke & Infamous." However, it was his Young Sinatra mixtape series that catapulted him to prominence. The third installment, "Young Sinatra: Welcome to Forever" (2013), garnered immense acclaim, leading Logic to secure a recording contract with Def Jam Recordings. His initial studio albums, "Under Pressure" (2014) and "The Incredible True Story" (2015), both soared within the top five on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, with the former earning platinum certification.

In 2017, Logic achieved widespread mainstream success with his album "Everybody," which not only topped the charts in the United States but also attained platinum certification. The album's lead single, "1-800-273-8255," reached the third position on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and became an international hit. Logic continued to captivate audiences with his commercial mixtape series, "Bobby Tarantino," and his subsequent albums, "YSIV" (2018) and "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind" (2019), both achieving remarkable commercial success. The latter included the hit single "Homicide," which peaked at number five on the Hot 100 chart.

After his sixth album, "No Pressure" (2020), Logic made the decision to retire from music. However, he made a triumphant return in 2021 with "Bobby Tarantino III." In 2022, he released his seventh album, "Vinyl Days," marking his final project with Def Jam. Following his departure from the label, Logic independently released his eighth album, "College Park," in 2023.

Beyond his musical endeavors, Logic has delved into the realm of literature. He released the novel "Supermarket" in 2019, accompanied by a soundtrack of the same name. Despite achieving New York Times Best Seller status, both the book and its soundtrack received mixed to negative critical reception. In 2021, Logic unveiled his memoir, "This Bright Future," sharing intimate aspects of his life and experiences.

In addition to his artistic pursuits, Logic is also recognized as a streamer and holds an exclusive partnership with Twitch, making him the first musician to forge such a collaboration.
