Tate Rosner McRae (July 1, 2003) was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She is a Canadian singer, songwriter, dancer and actress. She is professionally known as Tate McRae. She rise to fame began at the age of thirteen when she became the first Canadian finalist on the popular American reality TV show, So You Think You Can Dance.

McRae's talent and charisma quickly caught the attention of RCA Records in 2019, after her original song "One Day" went viral on YouTube and TikTok. This led to the release of her debut EP, All the Things I Never Said in 2020.
