Nayvadius DeMun Cash (born August 8, 1997) was born in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. He is an American rapper. He is professionally known as Future. He is known for pioneering the use of melody and auto-tune in modern trap music, as well as his prolific output and mumble-styled vocals.

With his sustained popularity and influential sound, he is widely regarded as one of the most influential rappers of his generation.

Future signed with A1 Recordings and Epic Records in 2011, and has since released several successful albums and singles. His second album, Pluto (2012), and third album, Honest (2014), both contained platinum-selling singles such as "Turn On the Lights", "Honest", "Move That Dope" featuring Pharrell Williams and Pusha T, and "I Won" featuring Kanye West. His fourth album, DS2 (2015), and its singles "Fuck Up Some Commas" and "Where Ya At" featuring Drake, brought him critical and commercial success.

He followed up with Evol (2016) and its lead single "Low Life" featuring The Weeknd. In 2017, Future released two albums in consecutive weeks: Future and Hndrxx, becoming the first artist in history to do so and debuting at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart. Future's eponymous fifth album contained international hits such as "Used to This" featuring Drake and "Mask Off".

After parting ways with A1, Future released The Wizrd (2019) and High Off Life (2020), featuring the RIAA certified Diamond single "Life Is Good" featuring Drake. In 2021, Future achieved his first number-one single on the Hot 100 after featuring with Young Thug on Drake's "Way 2 Sexy". His album, I Never Liked You (2022), spawned his second number-one hit, "Wait for U" featuring Drake and Tems, and won a Grammy Award for Best Melodic Rap Performance.

Future has also released several successful mixtapes, including Beast Mode with Zaytoven, 56 Nights, and What a Time to Be Alive with Drake. He has collaborated on full-length projects with other artists such as Super Slimey (2017) with Young Thug, Wrld on Drugs (2018) with Juice Wrld, and Pluto x Baby Pluto (2020) with Lil Uzi Vert.

Future's accolades include two Grammy Awards, and he is among the best-selling musicians in the world.
