Wallows is a rock band from Los Angeles, California. The group has three members: Dylan Minnette, Braeden Lemasters, and Cole Preston. They became popular after releasing their first song, "Pleaser," on their own in April 2017. This song did very well and reached number two on the Spotify Global Viral 50 chart. Because of this early success, Wallows signed with Atlantic Records in 2018. This deal helped them reach more people with their first major EP, called Spring. The EP was praised by critics and showed off the band's special mix of indie rock and alternative pop sounds.

In 2019, Wallows came out with their first full album, Nothing Happens. One of the big hits from this album was "Are You Bored Yet?" This song got a lot of praise and featured guest vocals from singer Clairo. Nothing Happens showed how much the band had grown and highlighted their strong songwriting and musical skills.

In 2020, Wallows released another EP called "Remote". This EP had songs that were more thoughtful and personal, showing the band's ability to change and try new things. Fans and critics both liked the Remote EP, which helped to cement Wallows' place in the alternative rock genre.

By 2022, Wallows released their second album, Tell Me That It's Over. This album showed that the band had continued to grow and mature. It had lyrics that made listeners think and had polished production. The album included a variety of songs, such as the reflective "All I Want" and the lively "Coastlines."
